Phase I (Touhy to Devon) of the Des Plaines River Road reconstruction project is on schedule with a completion date of July 2011. On Phase II (Rand to Devon), preliminary plans have been prepared by IDOT and are under review.  The 60" inch diameter storm sewer is part of the Phase II project since the outlet for the system is north of Welwyn Avenue, which is well beyond the project limits
